wild vaWild Virginia will partner with Starr Hill Brewery as part of their “Cheers for Charity” fundraiser in September.

Throughout the month, one dollar for every pint of beer sold throughout each month in the Starr Hill Brewery Tap Room will be donated to Wild Virginia’s work to protect Virginia’s national forests and stop the Atlantic Coast and Mountain Valley Pipelines.

“Cheers for Charity is a great opportunity to bring awareness and support that is essential to these organizations that do so much for our community,” said Jeff Stone, Starr Hill Brewery’s Tap Room Manager. “At Starr Hill, we’re proud to offer a sustained, long-term commitment to local charities that will continue year round.”

“Wild Virginia is excited to be the recipient of Cheers for Charity at Starr Hill Brewery in Crozet in September.  To make the most of this awesome opportunity we are hosting a series of exciting events at the brewery. We hope everyone will come out and join us for some or all of these events.” says Wild Virginia Director, Misty Boos.

Cheers for Charity will feature a month-long series of events at Starr Hill Brewery in September including a trivia night, a book signing and reading, a benefit concert by the Will Overman Band, and an exciting live auction.  This is a great chance for our membership, the public, our sponsors and Starr Hill patrons to come out, mingle and support a great cause.   Here is a full list of the Cheers for Charity events we have planned:
