Saturday, April 4, 6:00 pm – Easter Egg Hunt. Join us for a romp through the stacks to find Easter goodies. Registration required.
Tuesday, April 7, 7:00 pm – Craft Club. Bring your own project or try the project on the handout available at the circulation desk. Basic tools (scissors, tape, glue, etc.) are provided. Bring other supplies needed.
Friday, April 10, 6:30 pm – Friday Night at the Movies. Enjoy new features on the big screen. Free popcorn and soda provided.
April 12-18 – National Library Week. This is fine forgiveness week with the return of late items. Children preschool to young adult may also submit their checkout receipts this week to be entered in a prize drawing.
Tuesday, April 14, 9;30 am – Morning Matinee. Start your day off with a classic movie. Contact the library for the featured film. Light refreshments provided.
Wednesday, April 15, 10:00 am-1:00 pm – Job Skills Fair. Participate in workshops to help hone your job finding skills and interview with area businesses. Please register.
Wednesday, April 15, 7:00 pm – Wednesday Night Book Club. Fascinating and far ranging discussion with other book lovers. The book is provided, participants vote on selections, and a staff member leads the discussion. This month’s selection is The Leftovers by Tom Perrotta.
Thursday, April 16, 6:30 pm – “A Shel-a-bration.” Have fun reading and writing some whimsical poetry in honor of National Poetry Month featured poet, Shel Silverstein. Ages 8 and up.

10:30 am – Swing and Sway. This music and movement class is just the thing you need to get started in the morning. No stories, just song and dance. Ages 0-6.
11:00 am-1:00 pm – Chat-N-Play provides interactive play for your little one and conversation for you. Open to children ages 0-3 and their caregivers.
4:00 pm – WPL Knitters. Bring your materials and socialize with other knitters.

6:30 pm – Happy Tales. Furry canine friends are ready to listen to you read. Please make an appointment.
6:30 pm – Pajama Night. Come in your jammies for a story and snack suitable for children in preschool or early elementary.

9:30 am – Mother Goose Time is an interactive program featuring songs, finger-plays, books, movements, and nursery rhymes for children from birth through age two and their caregivers.
10:30 am – Story Time features books, stories, songs, puppets, flannel board activities, and crafts for children ages two through five accompanied by an adult.
