Waynesboro Police name man killed in West Main crash

waynesboroThe Waynesboro Police Department has identified the man who died in a crash involving a car and a motorcycle on West Main Street on Saturday.

John Henry Sprouse, 38, was killed in the crash on the 2100 block of West Main.

Sprouse died at the scene of the 2:47 p.m. crash, according to police.

Sprouse was driving a 2005 Suzuki motorcycle that collided with a 2009 Mazda sedan driven by an unidentified 57-year-old woman, who was also injured in the accident, which remains under investigation.
