Waynesboro man charged in two domestic incidents
The Waynesboro Police Department has charged a city man on domestic related offenses after two violent incidents over a two day period earlier in the month. Officers charged Nicholas Ryan Stuart, 32 years old, with two felonies and a misdemeanor stemming from assaults on a family member at residence on Bridge Avenue.
In the first incident dated October 16, an officer went to the emergency department at Augusta Health to speak with the female victim.
