The Democratic Party of Virginia released a new web video today, “What Virginia Women Want,” highlighting Ed Gillespie and the Virginia GOP’s inability to have a conversation with Virginia women without offending them.
“Ed Gillespie continues to support the same extreme agenda Virginians voted out of office last November,” said DPVA Spokesperson Ashley Bauman. “Instead of calling for a change to his party’s backwards policies, Gillespie would rather sugar coat them.
“Virginia’s women deserve a Senator who is fighting for their interests — not a Washington lobbyist who spent his career crafting a party agenda that hearkens to the turn of last century. No wonder he’s worried about waking up in October and saying ‘Uh oh, I’ve got a problem with women voters.'”
