Three arrested in shooting from vehicle in Augusta County

augusta countyThree Churchville residents were arrested on charges related to shots fired from a vehicle in Augusta County on Thursday.

Holly Knight, 32, Bobby Clinedinst, 18, and Jeremy Kennell, 26, all face felony charges from the incident, which was reported to law enforcement at approximately 2:30 p.m. Thursday.

Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched at that time to the 200 block of Jennings Gap Road in Churchville to investigate the report of someone shooting from a vehicle. The reporting party gave the description of the car involved, and named some of the potential occupants.

Clinedinst and Kennell face charges related to shooting from the vehicle. Knight has been charged with conspiracy to discharge a firearm from a vehicle.

Two handguns were recovered during the investigation.
