Staunton Police investigating storage unit thefts

policecar3The Staunton Police Department is actively working investigations involving storage unit burglaries and larcenies that have occurred over the past several months from the Staunton Mini Storage located at 1724 Springhill Road.

The police department is asking the public’s assistance in reporting if they have had any property stolen from this location in the past several months or if they have made any online (Facebook or Craigslist) purchases from subjects at this location in the past several months.

The following suspects have been arrested in connection with these investigations:

  • Danielle Marie Embrey, 33 of Staunton has been charged with three counts of grand larceny and child neglect.
  • Tinsley William Embrey, 35 of Staunton has been charged with three counts of grand larceny and child neglect.
  • Adam Joshua Miller, 25 of Staunton has been charged with one count of grand larceny.
  • Amanda Linn Johnson, 25 of Staunton has been charged with grand larceny and obtaining money by false pretenses.

Anyone with information regarding the burglaries or larcenies from Staunton Mini Storage is asked to call either the Staunton Police Department at 540-332-3842 or Crimestoppers at 1-800-322-2017.
