Spring Fashion Debut: A leap of faith

It’s their first show of 2012, and their first show in Waynesboro, and Dragonfly Designs owners Kris and Jeff Bednarczyk couldn’t be more excited!

“We are a leap of faith,” said Kris. “We took a creative headfirst dive into trying to make a living out of what we love to do.”

Dragonfly Designs will be one of more than 20 vendors participating in the Feb. 11 Love is in the Air: Spring Fashion Debut in downtown Waynesboro from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Shenandoah Valley Art Center.

They’ll display a little bit of everything at their booth including handmade woodworking, jewelry, candles, etched and painted glass. “We’ll also be featuring our two newest lines for the season: guitar pick jewelry and wind chimes,” said Kris.

“Don’t miss our booth because we are certain that there is something for everyone there,” Kris said. “We make all kinds of cool stuff and are very happy to do custom work as well.”

“Also, you don’t want to be the only one who doesn’t have a pair of guitar pick earrings,” Kris said.

And it’s not just their passion for creativity that drives them but also their ability to work together.

“We love that we get to spend together as a family making the business successful,” Kris said.
