Shenandoah Valley, Central Virginia under Flood Watch

newspaperThe National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for a region stretching from Augusta County to Page County in the Shenandoah Valley and over into Albemarle County and Nelson County in Central Virginia that is in effect from 2 p.m. Sunday into the overnight hours.

Two inches of rain are forecast later today, with locally heavier amounts possible.
