Sen. Warner to meet with community leaders in Harrisonburg

mark warnerU.S. Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) will host a meeting with community leaders from Harrisonburg and Rockingham County on Saturday.

Sen. Warner will provide an update on his work in Washington, and discuss efforts to keep the government open by the Dec. 7 funding deadline. He will also discuss how the Trump administration’s trade policies are hurting Virginia farmers and producers by making it more expensive to sell their poultry, soybeans, and other commodities abroad.

Additionally, Sen. Warner will take questions from members of the local community.
