Bridge deck work will be performed on the Route 644 (Papermill Road) bridge over Interstate 81, which will include single lane closures. This location is near the Winchester City and Frederick County line.
The closures will be August 21 to 31 from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. each night. There will be no closures on Saturday or Sunday nights.
All work is weather permitting.
