Massanutten ResortMassanutten Resort Partners with East Rockingham County Restaurants for the first-ever East Rock Restaurant Week May 31-June 7.

The event welcomes the local community, friends and family, along with vacationers to “savor the local flavor.” Guests can sample new foods and experiences at Massanutten Resort’s unique dining locations as well as the top independent restaurants in the surrounding area.

During the week-long event, participants are invited to visit a participating restaurant to take advantage of exclusive East Rock Restaurant Week specials to try and collect as many stamps as possible on their East Rock Restaurant Week Dining Passport.

How the East Rock Restaurant Week Dining Passport Works

  1. Visit any participating restaurant during East Rock Restaurant Week

  2. Make a $5 purchase at the participating restaurant or take advantage of one of the special Restaurant Week offers.

  3. Get your passport stamped by your server or restaurant staff.

  4. Visit more restaurants, get more stamps. 1 stamp = 1 entry to win the grand prize, which includes a free two-night stay in a two-bedroom condo at Massanutten Resort (value = $880).

  5. Drop off at the Massanutten Concierge Desk or mail your completed passports no later than June 31, 2019: Attn: Business Relations, P.O. Box 1227, Harrisonburg, VA 22803

  6. Winners will be chosen and notified by July 10, 2019.

Participating restaurants include Base Camp, Campfire Grill, Ciro’s Italian Eatery, CrossKeys Bistro, El Paso Mexican Grille, Goodfellas Pizza, Grammie’s Ice Cream, Hank’s Grille & Bar, Hideaway Lounge, Jack Brown’s Singlewide, Massanutten Fun Factory, Romano’s Italian Bistro, The Thunderbird Café, Virginia BBQ & Pizza Co., and Vito’s Pizza Pie. Passport offers provide discounts on all sorts of menu items, including pizzas, burgers, ribs, fried Oreos, ice cream, and so much more!

“In an effort to expand existing community partnerships, we thought East Rock Restaurant Week was a perfect fit, showcasing the diverse food options along with meaningful collaborations in this part of Rockingham County,” said Sarah Elson, director of business relations at Massanutten Resort.

Passports will be available to all Massanutten Resort guests staying May 31 – June 7th but may also be found at each participating restaurant.

East Rock Restaurant Week is proudly sponsored by the Town of Elkton and Rockingham County, Virginia. The event also benefits Elkton Area United Services.
