UVaHelmet_1How would the 2014 UVA football season have gone differently if Matt Johns had been the starter at quarterback from day one? UVA Sports Today host Jeff Fife and Augusta Free Press editor Chris Graham explore that hypothetical in a long discussion of Virginia football that also includes a conversation of a column from Chris that looked at how money plays a role in the decisions about the future of the UVA program.

Another column by Chris this week assigning first term grades to the fifth-ranked UVA basketball team helps us get through the 12-day basketball exam break before this week’s show wraps with a look back at Mad About U: Four Decades of Basketball at University Hall, a book co-written by Chris and Patrick Hite on the history of UVA basketball.
