Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. comes to Charlottesville Jan. 10
Landau Eugene Murphy Jr., the dreadlocked classic crooner vocalist who won season six of NBC Television’s America’s Got Talent, a $1 million grand prize, and a Columbia Records contract, will be performing in Charlottesville at Paramount Theater, at 215 East Main Street, at 8 p.m.
Followers of the America’s Got Talent winner will be treated to tunes from Landau’s Billboard #1 ranked debut CD “That’s Life” and his holiday release “Christmas Made For Two”, plus a sneak peek at titles from his upcoming third album, slated for a 2015 release. Landau’s annual Christmas tour is a fan and media favorite; the always humble and smiling singer has performed holiday hits on national outlets including “CNN,” “Fox and Friends,” “The Wendy Williams Show,” and live telecasts of the “Macy’s Holiday Parade” and the “Hollywood Christmas Parade.”
His dozens of concert appearances have included Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, the Apollo Theater in New York City, The Mercedes Benz Arena in Shanghai China, and performing for US Troops stationed in Europe.
