Heritage Foundation seeks volunteers

Contributors

The Waynesboro Heritage Foundation, Inc. is seeking volunteers to help us do small jobs at our museums. At the Plumb House Museum we could use help with sourcing a destination of pine needles, raking and bagging needles for use in museum gardens. Bags will be furnished. We also need help with weeding and readying the gardens for the pine needles.

At the Waynesboro Heritage Museum, we could use a few strong guys to help move shelving units around in the basement area. We also could use some help with painting of the basement floors.

Would your church group, scout group, or garden club, and friends want to do a community service with us? Whatever you can do will be a great help to us!

Please contact the Foundation at 540.943.3943 Tuesday through Saturday, 9–5 p.m.
