The River City Radio Hour returns to Downtown Waynesboro Friday night with music and mystery.

Blues artist Kevin Chisnell will be making his first appearance at the Radio Hour, a production of the Waynesboro Cultural Commission, Waynesboro Downtown Development Inc. and the Wayne Theatre Alliance. Chisnell will be joined on the musical stage by jazz singer Llyn Walker and The Boogie Kings.

The Radio Hour will also feature the second installment in the Bob Crawford mystery Night Hawk and Murder at the Lake, starring Staunton author Matt Warner and Hamner Theater co-artistic director Boomie Pedersen.

The River City Radio Hour is back at the Blue Ridge Christian Fellowship Cafe and Music Hall at 329 W. Main St. Performances are at 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.
