Fourth arrest in Waynesboro home invasion case

The Waynesboro Police Department has made a fourth arrest in connection with a Sept. 18 home invasion robbery at an apartment in the 1000 block of Albemarle Avenue.

Ty Quane Pertell Gregory, 19 years old of Charlottesville, is in custody.  Officers with the Harrisonburg Police Department arrested Gregory in Downtown Harrisonburg on Wednesday at approximately 6:30 p.m.  He was found at an apartment on East Market Street just east of Court Square.  The Virginia State Police and Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office also assisted with the apprehension.

He is incarcerated at Middle River Regional Jail without bond.

Previously arrested and charged in the case were Keith Donte Hargrove, 19 years old of Waynesboro, Savion Demarco Garcia, 17 years old of Waynesboro, and Amber Shalene Clark, 19 years old of Waynesboro.
