Focus on employment opportunities for those with disabilities

The Shenandoah Valley Disability Employment Awareness Committee will hold its annual recognition luncheon next week in Staunton.
The Oct. 25 event at the Holiday Inn will begin at 11 a.m. – and will include special recognition of employers and employees for their efforts to promote employment opportunities for those with disabilities.
James Lemons of Central Virginia Community College in Lynchburg will be the guest speaker for the luncheon – with a talk on the theme “Talent for a Winning Team.”
