Jonathan W. Laclair, 21, of Steeles Tavern, was arrested for attempted sodomy, attempted indecent liberties, assault and battery, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The arrest came on the heels of a criminal investigation that was launched based upon a complaint that Laclair abused a 9-year-old male in Raphine on April 25.
Laclair was held without bond and remanded to Middle River Regional Jail.
