America’s oldest big top circus comes to Augusta Expo in September

Cole BrosAugusta Expo in Fishersville will host the all-new 2014 edition of the Cole Bros. Circus as America’s oldest big top circus celebrates 130 years of circus history with six performances under a giant Big Top.

  • Tuesday September 2 at 4:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday September 3 at 4:30 p.m.& 7:30 p.m.
  • Thursday September 4 at 4:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m.

The dynamic 130th Anniversary Edition of Cole Bros. Circus celebrates both the greatest acts from circus history, and the rising stars of today’s American circus. Elephants and acrobats, tigers and Teeterboard tumblers all take their turns in the spotlight.

Mexico’s “Angels in the Air” leave audiences breathless as they soar high above the ring on the flying trapeze. Motorcycle daredevils risk life and limb at breakneck speeds in The Thunder Drome, with the zany Cole Bros. Clowns arriving in the nick of time to provide comic relief. And, the legendary Human Cannonball adds an explosive finish to every show!
