Could you be on television?  If you live within driving distance from Richmond, Va., now is your chance.  The new AMC television series “Turn” is currently being shot in and around Richmond, and seeks those who would like to be considered to appear on screen.

tv-clipart“The background actors are profoundly important to the filmmaking process,” says Erica Arvold, casting director. “The show takes place during the Revolutionary War and background actors contribute to the atmosphere of that era.”

Arvold Casting is seeking experienced and new background performers.  These background roles do not have speaking lines, but require a professional attitude and commitment.  Filming takes place on weekdays through March 2014 and roles could be scheduled for one day or for multiple days.

The casting office is seeking men and women of all ages, especially with long hair, who could accurately portray those from the Revolutionary War.  To be considered, please visit http://arvoldcasting.com/actors/ for more specific information and submission instructions.
