24 Hour Project 2019 returns to Court Square Theater

court square theatreCourt Square Theater announces the much-anticipated return of its 24 Hour Project, a 24-hour long, entertainment filled fundraiser to help provide programming at the theater throughout the year.

Show starts at 6pm Friday, April 12; the event concludes at 6pm Saturday, April 13.

Tickets are $12 advance and $14 at the door, plus a special ticket discount for all of the night owls out there (1am-7am). Ticket holders may come and go throughout the entire event, and there is plenty to come around for. Door prizes, featuring treasures from your favorite local businesses, will be given away to lucky audience members! Consider purchasing extra raffle tickets to increase your chances of winning.

The 24 Hour Project is known for its unique setting for community performers ranging from musicians and comedians to actors and improv performers, folded in among a reshowing of the Super Gr8 Film Festival, a showing of “The Room​,” karaoke, Ebony Nicole, Harrisonburg Harmonizers, Rockingham Ballet Theater, and many more.

Celebrating the diversity of our artistic community, the 24 Hour Project 2019 includes performances by: Nickels & Wiener, JMU’s New & Improv’d and Shen Valley Uke!

The 24 Hour Project kicks off at 6pm Friday, April 12. Sleep now; you won’t want to miss a thing!
