washington nationalsUgly night for NL East champion Washington, which lost 14-4 to Arizona Monday, and may have lost All-Star catcher Wilson Ramos to a knee injury.

Ramos (.307/.354/.496, 22 HR, 80 RBI) was injured leaping for a relay throw in the sixth inning. He left clutching at his right knee.

His 2012 season ended with an ACL and MCL injury to the same right knee.

So, yeah, ugh.

Tanner Roark (15-10, 2.86 ERA, 1.17 WHIP) was touched up for five runs on four hits, striking out six and walking one.

The Nationals (91-65) have a one-game lead on the Los Angeles Dodgers for home-field advantage in the first round of the NL playoffs.
