Greyson Lambert and Matt Johns each saw action in Saturday’s 41-33 UVA loss at #21 BYU, and both are listed at the top of the depth chart at quarterback for this weekend’s game with Kent State.

Lambert, the #1 for the season opener against then-#7 UCLA, has started all four games in 2014, but Johns has seen significant action, completing 34 of his 58 passes for 387 yards and four touchdowns with two interceptions and a 127.63 passer-efficiency rating.

Lambert has completed 63 of his 97 pass attempts for 564 yards and two touchdowns with four interceptions and a 112.35 passer rating in 2014.

On Saturday at BYU, Lambert started and played most of the first three quarters before leaving with a lower-leg injury, completing 21 of his 35 passes for 188 yards and an interception and running for 49 yards and a touchdown.

Johns completed 14 of his 2w passes for 139 yards and a touchdown and led three fourth-quarter scoring drives to keep Virginia in the game late.
