The program begins this week and runs through Dec. 10 and is targeted for athletes transitioning from fall to winter sports.  The five-week introductory session (no classes Thanksgiving week) is at an introductory rate, and the Y be requesting feedback from the participants to help direct future programming in this area.

The program cost is $20 for Childcare participants, $30 for Y members, and $60 for Program Members.

Tuesday’s sessions will take place in the Group Fitness room and Thursday’s sessions will be in the downstairs gymnasium.

The class will focus on developmentally appropriate, enjoyable, and diverse activities designed to build endurance and strength for the participants.
