Starsia names UVA men’s lacrosse captains for 2015

James Pannell scored a career-high seven goals and Mark Cockerton tied a career high with seven points as the No. 4 Virginia Cavaliers (6-0, 1-0 ACC) pulled away from the No. 8 Syracuse Orange (2-2, 0-2 ACC) for a 17-12 triumph on Saturday.

Using an 11-2 run, the No. 5 UVa. Cavaliers (4-0) ran away with a 19-12 triumph over the Rutgers Scarlet Knights (2-1) Saturday evening inside Klöckner Stadium. UVa has now started seven-straight seasons with a 4-0 record.
