JMU lax gets win over Drexel
James Madison used an 8-1 second-half scoring run to pull away to an insurmountable lead in a 15-8 win over Drexel in Colonial Athletic Association women’s lacrosse Sunday afternoon at the JMU Lacrosse Complex.
The defending two-time CAA champion Dukes improved to 3-0 in league play and 7-5 overall as JMU posted its third straight win. Read more
JMU grinds out win over Drexel
James Madison used a key 8-0 run to take the lead and closed the game on a 24-13 swing to defeat Drexel 60-52 in a Colonial Athletic Association men’s basketball game Wednesday night at the Convocation Center.
JMU snapped a three-game skid and improved to 16-6 overall, 6-4 in the CAA. Drexel fell to 13-7 overall and 5-5 in the CAA. The game featured a pair of teams tied for fifth in the league standings at the halfway point of the conference season. Read more

JMU improved to 18-8 overall and moved into a tie for fifth place with Drexel in the CAA standings at 8-6. DU dropped to 16-8 overall. The Dukes entered the game 0-7 all-time at the DAC and 3-14 all-time vs. the Dragons. Read more
