James Madison men’s basketball head coach Matt Brady announced Thursday that forward Enoch Hood (Norfolk, Va./Booker T. Washington) and guard Arman Marks (Louisville, Ky./Eastern), who both finished sophomore seasons, will not return for the 2013-14 academic year.
