policecar3The Staunton Police Department responded to the area of the Amtrak Station located at 1 Middlebrook Avenue Saturday at 8:30 p.m. for a report of an attempted robbery.  The victim reported being approached by two individuals who demanded his money.  During this incident one of the individuals brandished a firearm.

Based on the investigation officers arrested two male juveniles, ages 14 and 15, both of Staunton.  During the course of this investigation it was determined that these individuals had also been involved in the robbery that occurred on October 17, 2014 in the 300 block of N. New Street.
