On August 9, the Virginia State Police was requested to investigate the death of Shawn Christopher Berry, 37, of Culpeper. Mr. Berry’s death occurred while he was incarcerated at the Central Virginia Regional Jail located the Orange County.
The investigation is ongoing with the assistance of the Medical Examiner Office.
