David DeCeault, MBA, has been named executive director of RMH Physician Practices.

In this role, DeCeault will be responsible for business management of nearly 60 RMH physicians and their practices.

“We are pleased to welcome David to the helm of our physician practice management,” said Dale Carroll, MD, chief medical officer, and vice president for clinical effectiveness. “His skill and knowledge are ideal to move the RMH physician practices forward to a new model of physician practice management.”

DeCeault brings more than 20 years of experience in physician group practice management and hospital administration. He most recently served as practice manager for Winchester Radiologists, PC, where he oversaw business management of 14 physician practices and imaging centers.

“This opportunity to work with RMH and physicians to better meet the needs of our patients will be both challenging and rewarding,” DeCeault said. “RMH is a dynamic organization that is growing to serve the community and it is truly a pleasure and a privilege to be a part of a dedicated and talented healthcare team.”

DeCeault earned his B.A. in business management from Xavier University in Chicago. He earned a master’s in business administration from Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee, Ill.

He is a member of the Medical Group Management Association.
