Rawhide Productions announces Stayin’ Country Concert Tour

Rawhide Productions announced this week that country music stars Collin Raye, Darryl Worley, Chad Brock, and Morgan Frazier will embark on a nationwide tour in 2014.

stayin-country-header-img-600The Stayin’ Country Concert Tour will bring traditional country music back to the fans. Today’s concert touring market is focused on laser light shows, video screens, smoke, and ear-splitting sound with very little emphasis on the artists vocal talents and passion for their profession. Rawhide Productions, based in Augusta County, is taking Nashville back to its roots and   once again putting the focus on the traditional sound of country music.

“You do not need all those bells and whistles if you   have talented recording artists,” said Doug Ward, president of Rawhide Productions. “With today’s concerts, you spend big money for tickets and when it’s over, you witnessed a great stage production, but the music was so loud   you truly did not experience what you really came to see, and that’s the talent and vocals of the artists themselves.

“What is unique about this tour is the focus will be on   the artists, and with Collin Raye, Darryl Worley, Morgan Frazier and Chad Brock, each night will be filled with the most gifted vocal sounds in the world and fans will once again witness country music at its best,” Ward said.

Collin Raye, one of country musics megastars, with four   platinum albums and four #1 hits, considers it an “honor and privilege to   still be making records.”

“I have always played music, and hopefully, always will, regardless of how well my career is going. The fact an audience will still   buy a ticket to come see me is an honor. I truly enjoy the whole process of   making records,” Raye said.

For Darryl Worley, music is about connecting with the real lives of his fans. “My job as a songwriter,” he says, “is to listen   to people and come up with something they’ll relate to.”

There will only be 55 dates offered for this tour   throughout the United States. The tour will have special discount pricing for all Casinos, Fairs and Festivals. Buyers are urged to book this event in a timely manner to assure your date.
