On Thursday, May 23rd at 6:30 p.m. the Harrisonburg Campus of National College will hold its graduation ceremony at James Madison Convocation Center with special guest Lowell Fulk.
Lowell Fulk has served on the Rockingham County School Board for the past eight years. He has been selected twice to represent the region in Washington, D.C. on issues affecting public education and has presented to the House Committee on Education and the State Board of Education. In 2003, Mr. Fulk was appointed by the Governor to the State Milk Commission. He is a former chairman of the Rockingham County Democratic Committee, a husband and father of three, a fourth-generation farmer, and a lifelong resident of Rockingham County.
