FREE Tax Preparation. 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Booker T Washington Community Center, 1114 West Johnson Street, Staunton. If you paid federal or state taxes in 2014 and earned $53,000 or less, have your federal and state taxes done FREE. Bring a photo id, a social security card for all taxpayers and dependents, and all tax forms received from employers, banks, etc. for tax year 2014. Mary Baldwin students, certified by the IRS, will complete your tax returns and e-file for fast refund. If direct deposit desired, bring a copy of your check for routing and account numbers. Smyth Business Lecture: Dr. Nileeni Meegama. 7 p.m. Miller Chapel, 110 N. Market Street, Staunton.

The speaker is Dr. Nileeni Meegama, a vice president with AARP, and the topic will address how multiculturalism affects leadership in America. The Smyth Business Program provides funding to bring regional and national business leaders to campus for public lectures and visits to the classroom or to send students to visit leaders at their organizations.
