  • UVa. leads 11-2 at the first media timeout at the 15:26 mark. Virginia is 5-of-6 from the field, and Wake Forest is 1-4 from the field. Akil Mitchell with four points, Malcolm Brogdon with four, Joe Harris with three.

  • UVa. leads 17-6 at the 10:44 media timeout. Wake is shooting 27.4 percent from the field.

  • Wake is 3-of-11 from the field with six turnovers.

  • UVa 24-9 at the 7:37 media timeout. UVa. shooting 50 percent from the field, holding Wake to 28.6 percent, and outrebounding Wake 11-8. Wake with 8 turnovers, UVa. with 3.

  • All I can say is, Wow.

  • Three Cavs in double figures: Brogdon 12, Harris 11, Gill 10.

  • 30-second timeout Wake: UVa leads 63-33, 8:11 to go. UVa shooting 52.5 percent from the field, Wake at 30.6 percent. Easily the most complete game played by Virginia this year. Remember, Wake just beat UNC three nights ago.

  • Going to go ahead and start writing the recap. Could’ve done that at halftime. UVa. had 41 at the half. Wake, with 6:35 to go, still has just 38.
