The following highway work is scheduled, weather permitting, in the Culpeper District during the upcoming week. Traffic movements may be restricted and speed limits reduced in work zones. (NEW) or (UPDATE) indicate revisions since last week’s report.

Albemarle County
Interstate 64 – Westbound pavement marking between mile markers 127 and 123. Expect lane closures nightly Monday through Friday from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
(UPDATE) Interstate 64 – Installation of signs eastbound near mile marker 116 and westbound near mile marker 125 and 119. Be alert for workers near the travel lanes Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
(UPDATE) Route 250 (Ivy Road) – Utility work under VDOT permit near Route 601 (Old Garth Road). Westbound traffic will use the left turn lane. Obey traffic controls Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Route 654 (Barracks Road) – Construction of sidewalk between Route 601 (Old Garth Road) and Route 656 (Georgetown Road). Expect daily, intermittent lane closures. Anticipated completion June 2018.
Route 743 (Hydraulic Road) – Construction of sidewalk from Route 1315 (Commonwealth Drive) to Route 656 (Georgetown Road). Expect daily, intermittent lane closures. Anticipated completion June 2018.
Route 810 (Blackwells Hollow Road) – Rehabilitating bridge over Halls Creek. Road closed to through traffic June 11-Sept. 7. Use alternate routes.
Culpeper County
(NEW) Business Route 29 (Brandy Road) – Utility work under VDOT permit on ramp to Route 29 (James Madison Highway). Expect lane closures on the ramp Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
(NEW) Route 663 (Alanthus Road) – Utility work under VDOT permit at intersection of Route 15/29 (James Madison Highway). Be alert for workers near the travel lanes Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
(NEW) Route 676 (Berry Hill Road) – Utility work under VDOT permit between Route 15/29 (James Madison Highway) and Route 685 (Fleetwood Heights Road). Be alert for workers near the travel lanes Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
(NEW) Route 685 (Auburn Road) – Utility work under VDOT permit at Route 663 (Alanthus Road). Be alert for workers near the travel lanes Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
(NEW) Frontage Route 715 (Hubbards Road) – Utility work under VDOT permit. Expect lane closures controlled by flagging Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Fauquier County
Interstate 66 – Rehabilitating bridge over Route 725 (Tuckers Lane).
Expect eastbound lane closures during the following times:
· Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
· Friday from 9 a.m. to noon
· 7 p.m. Friday to 11 a.m. Saturday
· 9 p.m. Saturday to 4 a.m. Sunday

(UPDATE) Route 211 (Lee Highway) – Eastbound milling and paving operations in the town of Warrenton. Expect lane closures Monday through Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Route 688 (Leeds Manor Road) – Rehabilitating Interstate 66 bridge over Route 688. Expect intermittent lane closures controlled by flagging while crews work underneath the bridge Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Route 715 (Old Carters Mill Road) – Rehabilitating bridge over Cromwells Run. Road closed to through traffic June 11-July 13. Use alternate routes.
Route 724 (Pleasant Vale Road) – Rehabilitating Interstate 66 bridge over Route 724. Expect intermittent lane closures controlled by flagging while crews work underneath the bridge Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Route 731 (Cobbler Mountain Road) – Rehabilitating Interstate 66 bridge over Route 731. intermittent lane closures controlled by flagging while crews work underneath the bridge Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Fluvanna County
Route 605 (Shannon Hill Road) – Pipe installation between the Goochland County line and Route 659 (Stage Junction Road). Expect lane closures controlled by flagging Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
(NEW) Route 616 (Union Mills Road) – Inspection of bridge over Mechunk Creek. Expect lane closures Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
(NEW) Route 690 (Columbia Road) – Inspection of bridge over the James River. Expect lane closures Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Greene County
Route 33 (Spotswood Trail) – Guardrail repairs between Route 625 (Goose Pond Road) and the Rockingham County line. Expect lane closures Thursday and Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Louisa County

(NEW) Route 652 (Kentucky Springs Road) – Inspection of bridges over Lake Anna. Expect lane closures Monday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
(NEW) Route 688 (Holland Creek Road) – Bridge repairs near Frontage Route 192 (Hasher Lane). Expect lane closures controlled by flagging Tuesday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Madison County
(NEW) Route 631 (Beautiful Run Road) – Bridge repairs over Beautiful Run near Route 231 (South Blue Ridge Turnpike). Expect lane closures Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
