chamber of commerceIan Scott, general manager of Central Holidays West, will be making a presentation and answering questions on the adventure trip to Cuba-Havana sponsored by the Greater Augusta Regional Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, June 21 from 5-6 pm.

The information session is opened to the general public and will take place in the Chamber’s conference room located at 30 Ladd Road in Fishersville.

The Cuba-Havana Then and Now is scheduled for November 1-7, 2016. Discover the old and new faces of this 500 year old Cuban capital’s city and countryside. It includes tours of historic museums, rum and cigar factories, cultural performances and even a visit to Ernest Hemingway’s Farm.

You’ll learn about the importance of arts and music to Cuban culture and why Havana’s streets are filled with vintage American cars. Sip rum with the locals, practice your best salsa moves and discover the welcome of Cuba’s beauty, rhythm and spirit.

Don’t miss the all-inclusive opportunity to visit this previously off-limits country. The trip is open to Chamber members and non-members. Limited to 20 travelers.
