Approximately 1,400 tickets for Virginia Tech’s opening football game against East Carolina in Charlotte are on sale today.

Single-game tickets for two Virginia football games went on sale this morning.
Tickets for UVa. home games with Richmond (Sept. 6, $16) and East Carolina (Oct. 11, $35) went on sale at 9 a.m.

It’s official - Rockbridge is in the Valley League.
The league announced today that the Rockbridge Rapids will join the lineup in 2009. The Rockbridge team will play its games in Lexington at Cap’n Dick Smith Field on the campus of Washington and Lee University.
