Baltimore wins fourth in a row, takes down Braves, 7-3

lgo_mlb_baltimore_oriolesUbaldo Jimenez put in seven strong innings, and Chris Davis went deep twice, lifting Baltimore to a 7-3 win over Atlanta Tuesday night, the fourth win in a row for the Orioles.

Jimenez (8-6, 3.73 ERA) went seven innings, giving up two runs on four hits, striking out three and walking three.

The two runs came on a two-run homer in the first by Freddie Freeman. The O’s answered with three in the bottom of the first, on the first of Davis’ two homers, a three-run shot off Julio Teheran (6-6, 4.71 ERA).

Davis added a two-run homer in the second, his 24th home run of the season.
