I believe the Senators are correct in their assessment that reconstruction/remodeling of present VA offices would only hurt the already almost stagnent va disabilities claims. My claim was submitted in February 2010 and although two of the claimed disabilities are "presumpteous", it is still estimated to take 12 to 18 months. And I provided the needed 75 pages of medical records along with my claim. It would take them 5 minutes to approve this, what's the problem in this high tech world?
