The NV has announced its endorsements in the two Waynesboro City Council races. Odd to us: that there have been no comments on the web postings associated with either (as of yet). Maybe it was that the choices weren’t surprising. (The editorial swoon over Mike Harris being the next George W. Bush was surprising.) Maybe … the paper is just irrelevant.
