Cuccinelli: ‘We gotta have proof’ that Obama is U.S. citizen

Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, fresh off the controversy that he generated with his letter to Virginia public colleges and universities earlier this month advising them against going too far in policies protecting gays and lesbians from discrimination on campus, is back in the hot seat again, this time over comments from late last year questioning President Obama’s citizenship.
The comments came to light in a posting on the left-wing political blog Not Larry Sabato on Monday that included audio from an interview conducted by an unnamed man of Cuccinelli in the post-election transition period.
In the interview, the man asks Cuccinelli what can be done “about Obama and the birth-certificate thing.” Cuccinelli responds that he thinks the question of Obama’s citizenship that has been a cause celebre for the far, far right dating back to the 2008 presidential election “will get tested, in my view, when someone – when he signs a law, and someone is convicted of violating it, and one of their defenses will be, ‘It’s not a law because someone qualified to be president didn’t sign it.’”
The interviewer then interjects that the issue would be that “we are talking about the possibility that he was not born in America,” referring to Obama. “Right,” answers Cuccinelli. “But at the same time under Rule 11, Federal Rule 11, we gotta have proof of it.”
Later in the exchange, Cuccinelli says it is not “beyond the realm of possibility” that Obama was born in Kenya, as has been suggested consistently by far-right partisans.
Cuccinelli told the Washingfton Post in a statement on the matter released on Monday that he “absolutely believe(s)” that Obama was born in America.
“I don’t buy into the claims that he wasn’t,” Cuccinelli said.
Democratic Party of Virginia executive director David Mills used the new controversy involving Cuccinelli to blast the attorney general and the Republican Party.
“Attorney General Cuccinelli owes Virginians an explanation for his out-of-whack priorities. While our Commonwealth struggles with a $4.2 billion dollar deficit, the Attorney General has shown that he’s willing to use the resources of his taxpayer-funded office to push his own radical agenda. Virginians shouldn’t be asked to foot the bill for Ken Cuccinelli’s irresponsible behavior and missplaced priorities,” Mills said. “The Attorney General should pledge today not to spend a dime of our tax dollars pursuing ridiculous conspiracy theories about President Obama. We hope Governor McDonnell is making plans to rein in his 2009 ticketmate and protect Virginians’ money from being spent on Ken Cuccinelli’s extreme political agenda.”

I used to think maybe Obama was born elsewhere other than the USA but have changed my mind. The big reason is that things just don’t add up for Obama to be born anyplace else other than the USA. However I do believe Obama is hiding things worst than being born elsewhere. As long as the birthers are on this not born in the USA kick, this is fine with Obama and he knows they are just wasting their time and won’t get into the real reason he’s hiding his records. May the real reason is something else like who he really is or who his real father or mother is. One thing for sure is that Obama has the looks of his mother and also his grandfather. Could it be that some other black man fathered Obama rather than Obama Sr. Obama Sr. never had much to do with little Obama and no one ever seen the familly togather. Maybe the worst thing about Obama is he cannot be a good leader with all of his lies and every other stupid things he has did since he has been President, he will maybe go down as the worst President ever.

Even his admitted non U.S. citizenship at birth violates the only document that protects us from an oppressive government, the U.S. Constitution. Lack of respect for that document is a lack of respect for our rights and for every American citizen. If we stand by doing nothing as our country crumbles, we are equally to blame.
Furthermore, it is not just the birth certificate that is being hidden. There are twenty-five other documents being covered up. There is something seriously wrong when anyone goes to the lengths he has to hide every single document that might identify who he actually is.

To produce these documents would require very little time, but covering them up must be a full time and expensive effort. We need and deserve a qualified, eligible, and full time leader, especially at this critical time in our history. We deserve to see these documents NOW.

Jai could not have spoken more perfectly and accurately. We the people deserve the truth for truly ignorance is NOT bliss. If it is no big deal, then lets see these documents. Why is it everyone in America is subject to having to reveal these documents for every little thing and mr change and hope can be elected POTUS with out showing the people these documents? Why has he spent almost two million tax payer dollars hiding all this instead of the hundred bucks or so to make copies and show the world?
Oh yeah, the world knows barry sotero is a fake and we the american sheeple are not allowed to know the truth. What about PELOSI? She’s the one that sent out documents stating that he was eligible…and removed the line form the documents that confirmed that he was eligible under the constitution. No one questioned it upon confirmation. They are all guilty of conspiracy and treason, both democrats and republicans are facilitating a COUP!
Obama’s eligibility is the MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE of our times and it’s almost totally ignored by the media……….He has NO authority if he is a usurper…..And Nancy Pelosi and all the rest know it!
