Video Essay by Chris Graham

AFP editor Chris Graham thinks the Palin-haters were too hard on the former Alaska governor for writing herself some crib notes ahead of a Q-and-A at an event over the weekend.
What’s so bad about crib notes, Graham asks, especially when you’re trying to remember important points that you want to make?
The answer: absolutely nothing.

Chris…it isn’t about the crib notes…it’s about her arrogance. It’s her presentation.
So enough with the “poor Palin, everybody is against her ” why ??
because she is so beautiful and righteous???
I’m none violent ,and I want to smack the woman…
We all use notes in order to stay the course when giving a speech, keep the train of thought, stick to the talking points….
and the President , CEO’s, along with presenters at Awards Shows, use teleprompters…we get it.
The point is she is insulting..and hateful
…If there is a God …and a “Big Book”
I hope she gets what she truly deserves.

Gee ……..isn’t that special!!! Well I guess when you did your RANT on OBAMA using a telepromter in front of a 6th grade class it made things fair and balanced……Oh wait, maybe I’m wrong, I guess maybe that was someone else. Well at least you pointed out OBAMA”S George Bush type moment, when he over and over mispronouced Corpsman (Corpseman)…… that was you…right?

I don’t remember anybody complaining about issues of fairness and balance when I ranted recently on the issue of which Tim Kaine move was more boneheaded, his attempt to transfer a convicted murderer to a German prison or his attempt to raise income taxes in the midst of a recession.
Apparently we have righteous indignance here on issues of fairness and balance that is itself not fair and balanced.
Irony, that.

I’m amazed by Palin’s increased level of preparation for these events. Crib notes on her palm now, perhaps a cursory review of a newspaper next year ….

Even high school kids are taught to use printed notes on paper when engaging in public speaking — how are we to regard someone addressing a national audience from jots on her palm? My answer is “insultingly unprepared”, that’s how.
