Charity wrestling show on tap for Dec. 12
Staff Report
LTW Entertainment and Spotswood High School are teaming up to put on a professional wrestling show Saturday, Dec. 12, with a 7 p.m. belltime.
TNA Wrestling’s Awesome Austin Creed will be the featured attraction, with NWA legends George South and Preston Michaels joining Doink the Clown, Spotswood special-education teacher Chris Dodson and more.
Admission is $10, but admission will be free to fans who donate a canned good or Christmas gift for needy families in the area.
Food and gifts can be dropped off at Papa Johns locations in Waynesboro, Staunton, Harrisonburg and Bridgewater and at the Burger King in Verona.
A portion of the proceeds raised Dec. 12 will go to benefit the special-education program at Spotswood High School.
