After reading Time to Care by Norman Makous, M.D. I've learned now more then ever how important it is to have that doctor-patient-relationship.
As costs continue to grow, we will need to ration healthcare services will be startling and disturbing to many readers, since equal access to social resources is a core value in American culture. Rationing of healthcare will not be accepted easily, and certainly not without a great deal of debate.
