Vector marks 40th year on Thursday
Vector Industries is hosting an Open House on Thursday to mark its 40th year of operations in Waynesboro.
Vector is a nonprofit providing people with diverse disabilities in Waynesboro, Staunton and Augusta County with opportunities to earn a living and contribute to the community well-being.
The Open House will begin with a recognition ceremony at 11:30 a.m. Tours of the 1001 Fairfax Ave. facility will be offered through 2 p.m.
Light lunch fare is being provided by Stone Soup Cafe and Woody’s Cafe with cake and cookies by Short and Sweet Bakery.
The event is free and open to the public.
