Candidates discuss mental-health issues at legislative forum
25th District House candidates Greg Marrow (D) and Steve Landes (R) and 20th District House candidates Erik Curren (D) and Dickie Bell (R) took part in a legislative forum on mental-health issues on Tuesday sponsored by Augusta Health, the ARC of Augusta, Mental Health America-Augusta and the Valley Community Services Board. Ben Cline, indeed, was there, too. So was Attorney General Bill Mims.
The reason Ben wasn’t mentioned in the coverage had nothing to do with him. His opponent, Democratic nominee Jeff Price, was not in attendance. That’s why I didn’t shoot video of Ben speaking. Not because I didn’t anticipate that whatever Ben would have to say wouldn’t be interesting.
