Thank you coaches,team members,host family and God for Alex MxcClure for being part of a great portunity. I wantto thank Gary & Amy McClure his parents for being there to see him play. I am his grandmother in Iowa and could not be there in person but I cheered, listened, prayed and kept up with all I could on the telephone and the web.

Thanks, Andrew. If you want to play hooky from work today, we’re playing a makeup game at 2:30 p.m. at Kate Collins. Our finale is tonight at 7. My thinking is that whoever is there at 2 might be part of history – the smallest crowd to ever see a Waynesboro Generals game. Our timing today stinks.

Kudos for all you did promoting the Waynesboro Generals this year. The Valley League is a fine institution, giving us quality baseball in our own backyards.
