Might there be an official theory or conjecture about what dire fate may await the state, city or county in the event obsolete 3" square pieces of plastic are not removed from the bottom edge of windshields? Does a generous application of guano or beetle-bits on the windshield count as a "sticker?" and will bird poo and squished junebug corpses now fall under the purview of the Virginia State Police?...tune in tomorrow...
