Election ’08: Today is the last day to register to vote in Nov. 4 election

Today is the last day for Virginia residents to vote in the Nov. 4 general election, which includes contests for president, the United States Senate and Congress.

Applications must be in your local voter-registration office by 5 p.m. or postmarked today.

    The Waynesboro Democratic Committee Headquarters is accepting Voter-Registration applications through 4:30 pm today.

    Stop by and register at 801-C West Broad Street in Willow Oak Plaza.
